One cloud platform for OPD queues, admissions, EMR, pharmacy, laboratory, theatre, GST billing and insurance claims — with every hospital’s records isolated at the database layer.

Registration through consultation, admission, diagnostics, theatre and settlement — in one record per patient.
Dashboard, front desk, wards, billing, laboratory and pharmacy — captured from a live hospital workspace.

The parts that are expensive to fix after go-live.

Records are scoped to your hospital by the database itself. Five independent mechanisms enforce it, and a generated test suite attacks every one on every build.
Integer paise throughout, totals derived from lines, GST that always adds up, and issued invoices corrected by credit note rather than quietly edited.
Pharmacy and inventory quantities are a ledger of movements, not a number someone can overwrite.
An approved lab report is frozen; a correction is a new version referencing the original. That is what a medico-legal question actually needs.
Capability comes from your subscription at runtime. Nothing is hardcoded, and enabling a module never needs a new release.
Access, approvals, billing changes, exports and support sessions are all recorded with who, when and what changed.
From the front desk to the pharmacy counter, departments share one record so nothing is typed twice.

Registration, UHID, appointments, token queues, admissions, bed allocation and discharge summaries share one chart, so the ward does not retype what the front desk already captured.

Consultation notes, vitals and prescriptions sit on the visit. A doctor sees the history that belongs to their patients without opening a second system.

Batch and expiry tracking, GST-ready dispensing and a stock ledger, so the counter sells what the shelf actually holds.

Orders, sample labels, result entry separated from approval, and reports that land back on the patient record.

OPD and IPD bills with GST, receipts, and an insurance desk for payers, pre-authorisation and claims — the accountant and the TPA desk work from the same lines.

Start with appointments, EMR and billing. Add pharmacy, lab or wards when the facility grows, without moving to different software.
Workflows Indian facilities ask for on day one, described only as far as the product actually goes.

A patient’s ABHA number is stored encrypted and can be looked up exactly. When the hospital configures the ABDM gateway, staff can create or verify an ABHA, link a visit, answer a consent request, and accept a Scan and Share token. That configuration is not an NHA approval.
Tax is computed per line with HSN or SAC, split into CGST and SGST or a single IGST line, and invoices carry the hospital’s GSTIN.
Payers, eligibility, pre-authorisation and claim submission live next to the bill, including an NHCX path when the hospital has configured it.

Reception sees appointments, doctors see clinical records, accounts sees billing. Every action is checked again on the server, not only by hiding a button.
Views, edits, approvals, billing changes and exports are logged with the user, the time and what changed.
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Each hospital’s data is scoped at the database, so one tenant cannot read another’s charts.
A working tenant, not a slide deck — OPD, billing, pharmacy and the patient chart.

The demo is a real tenant on the real platform, populated with fictional patients and staff. Nothing in it is a mock-up.
