What we decided early, and will not trade away
Isolation is structural, not procedural
A developer under deadline cannot forget it, because it is not something they have to remember.
Money is a ledger
Integer paise, totals derived from lines, issued invoices corrected by credit note. A number nobody can quietly edit is worth more than a number that is convenient.
Stock is a ledger too
On-hand quantity is the sum of movements. If a projection ever disagrees with the ledger, the ledger wins and the projection is rebuilt.
Clinical records freeze on approval
Corrections are versioned amendments that reference the original. This is what makes a record defensible months later.
Limits never block care
A plan limit can stop a bulk export or an SMS campaign. It can never stop an emergency registration.
A lapsed payment does not lock the doors
An unpaid subscription becomes read-only. Retrieving a patient’s allergy list must not depend on an invoice being settled.
What we will not do
We will not claim certifications we do not hold, quote uptime we have not measured, or describe a module as available before it is. If you ask what the platform cannot do yet, you will get an accurate answer — that is worth more to a hospital evaluating us than an optimistic one.
